Singing Games for preschool to infant age groups
by Gary King

The "Wombat" singing games engage children with readily available prop's such as balls, teddy bears, and hats, imagery such as playground equipment, a tram ride and, of course, Australian animals. The words guide each activity. Two complete versions of each item are provided, plus a brief spoken introduction to the structure of each game. The second version often provides additional opportunities for children to improvise and construct their own variations.
